• Use of (or inability to use) the site that we develop/developed

• Other miscellaneous damages and expenses resulting directly from a loss or injury (known in legal terms as “incidential damages.”)
• We are not liable even if we’ve been negligent or if our authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages or both.

• Masteryen reserves the right to postpone or cancel any project development for any reason without any liability where the client will be refunded full amount paid minus administration charges or custom-billable-work hours if cancelled. These changes will be notified immediately to client and Masteryen will try to make appropriate arrangements beforehand.
• Masteryen will charge any changes/fixing required because new requirements or damages on client website caused or requested  by the client itself based on quotation given or Masteryen’s basic pricing.
• All documents submitted by client to Masteryen are assumed to be owned by the client or given copyright permission. Client takes full responsibilities for all these copyright materials.
• All cancellation and postpone (max 30days – otherwise will be considered as cancellation) notice must be made in writing to Masteryen before it takes the place. All billable items & hours will be charged to client before approval.
• All project development will require 50% deposit and payable before we start the development. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 working days upon receiving the invoice.
• All data / product will be surrender upon full balance paid otherwise 7% late fee applies and destroyed after 30 days without further notice.
• All original materials supplied/created by Masteryen, will remains property of Masteryen unless written permit is given and Masteryen reserves the right to have reference to clients website.
