CLOSING PRODUCTION ORDER – TECO

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 11:56 pm

please ensure that production orders are Flagged as “technically complete” when completed. Process as follows:

Transaction <CO02>

Hit <F8>

Select <Functions> from top menu

Then <Restrict Processing>

Then <Technically Complete>     do this when you do the last step – checking batch etc…

If you are running COOIS reports etc, if you exclude TECO status, this should give you a  list of your active production orders.

Please ensure that you continue to monitor COGI errors and ensure that there is nothing listed. You should not technically close an order if it is throwing up COGI errors. Clear these errors first, then close the order.

R&D Teams: You will need to close off your production jobs manually yourselves. Can you please review the jobs that you currently have open and make the changes as above to the orders that are now complete.
